Twin blasts in Syria’s Tartus ‘kill 30’

At least 30 people were killed and 45 injured in a double bomb attack in Syria’s coastal Tartus province on Monday, state media said in a new toll.

State media said the attack involved an initial car bomb that detonated on a bridge outside the provincial capital, with a suicide bomber then setting off an explosive belt when people gathered to help casualties of the first attack.
