Incidents of explosion occurred in a Rashmela observing on the premise of Kantajew Temple, in Kaharol upazila Dinajpur.
At least 10 got injured in this case. Six of the injured have been admitted to Dinajpur Medical College Hospital.
The explosion incident happened in Volanath Jatra pandal of Rashmela at about 1 am, Friday night.
Police suspect, those were crude bombs’ sound though eyewitness said of hearing sharp sound.
RAB-Police has deployed on the site since Saturday morning after the fair closed at Friday night after the explosion.
Admitted six injured persons are– Mokaddes (23), son of Abul Hossain from village Damudarpur Badargonj upazila Rangpur, Sadhon (35), son of Nonigopal, Jabbar (28), son of Sirajul Islam from Doshmail, Kaharole Dinajpur, Saidur (27) son of Karim from same area and Romakanto (22) and Mithu (30) of Birgonj upazila.
