However, in the near future, Australia is eager to come to Bangladesh for a series. It has been ensured by the Australian ambassador Graig Wilkock. For this, Bangladesh and Australia both need to work together, thinks Wilkock. In an interview at Chittagong, he said this to the reporters.
Graig Wilkock, who is currently working in Bangladesh as the ambassador said, “I think all players are eager to play cricket in Bangladesh. Moreover, Bangladesh is famous worldwide as a cricket loving country. I believe, if we can work together for the development of cricket then Australia will definitely come to Bangladesh to play”.
It should be noted that Australia under 19 team also deducted themselves from the under World Cup by considering the safety issues.
