Bangladesh and Belarus on Monday signed a dozen deals and memorandums of understanding for cooperation in a number of areas, including business and investment, agriculture, education, and science and technology.
Representatives of the two countries signed seven deals and five MoUs in presence of Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Belarus’ visiting PM Mikhail Myasnikovich.
The signing ceremony was held in the afternoon following a meeting the two PMs had at Hasina’s office around 11:30am.
Hasina gifted a copy of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s ‘Unfinished Autobiography’ to Myasnikovich after the ceremony.
