Sunday Bangladesh and Oman will face each other in a do or die situation. Bangladesh who is in the top of the point table shares the same number of points with Oman. On the other hand Oman did pull out a great victory against Ireland on their first match. Against the same opponent Bangladesh looked really dangerous, but the rain didn’t let them finish their jobs. Now it’s all came down to one last match between these two teams to make sure their place in the main round.

If the rain doesn’t hit ‘Again’ we will certainly have a deserving winner this time. Though Bangladesh will be ahead of Oman regarding their experience and performance but still Bangladesh bowling H. Streak said in the pre-match press conference that they’re not taking Oman lightly at all.

“Oman did tremendous job coming into this world cup. Luck doesn’t always favor teams in the main stage, they came here proving themselves and they gave their hundred percent in the field.” He said.

While Bangladesh is not worry about their batting at all after the last match they seem to have some trouble with the bowling. While Sunny is in Chennai giving test of his bowling action Taskin Ahmed standing in the line to fly off to Chennai for the same reason.

Though there will be some pressure on Taskin during the match but the bowling coach said I have confidence on him. “He is surely going through a tough phase but I’m sure he will come back from this phase. I have my full confidence on Taskin and I believe he will contribute into this world cup.

Players on Spotlight

Bangladesh is looking for playing aggressive cricket in the field. They did put a great show within the eight overs in the last match. So that leaves a great mark for the last match. Oman should be much careful with the destructive opening pair, specially the man in form Tamim Iqbal.

On the other hand Amir Ali will be the key batsman for Oman. He was the man who took Oman to the victory lap against Ireland. He can hit ball harder and can play shots all over the ground.
