The winner of Dancing With the Stars series 21 has been crowned!
A delighted Bindi Irwin and her partner Derek Hough won the coveted Mirror Ball trophy after stealing the show on the dance floor on Tuesday night.
The daughter of late crocodile hunter Steve Irwin and her partner were tied at the top of the leaderboard with Nick Carter and Sharna Burgess, who ended up coming in at second place.
“Thank you so much – I can’t believe I’m here, thank you for changing my life,” a tearful Bindi squealed in excitement after host Tom Bergeron announced the results, while her mum and younger brother could be seen crying as they proudly watched on.
While runner-up Nick said: “This experience was a bonding experience, it was something I will always remember.”
Adding: “Bindi deserved it, she kicked butt.”
Meanwhile, judge Carrie Ann Inaba gushed: “Season 21 has been my favorite by far and it’s because of you Bindi Irwin.”
