The final match of ICC under 19 Cricket World Cup will be held on 14th February. In this final match of the youngsters, Pakistani legend Zaheer Abbas and the honorable Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina will present at the stadium.
This has been confirmed in a meeting held by Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Sunday. BCB president Nazmul Hasan Papon said to media, “ICC president Zaheer Abbas will present in the prize giving ceremony program of the final match. He will give the trophy to the winning team. The Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina will also present in this match”.
“The Prime Minister wanted to come to see the match of Semi Final, but Captain Meraj and his team requested her to come on final day’s match. For this she will present that day”, added Papon.
