Finance Minister Abul Maal Abdul Muhith is going to ‘skip’ this year’s SAARC Finance Ministers’ meeting, to be held in Islamabad.
State Minister for Finance MA Mannan will represent Bangladesh at the SAARC Finance Ministers’ meeting, to be held this week in the Pakistani capital, a competent source at the ministry has said.
All the SAARC member countries confirmed the participation of their Finance Ministers, except Bangladesh, the source said. -bz
