The cutter specialist and young sensational Pacer Mustafizur Rahman has played against Zimbabwe in the 2nd T20 match and he felt uneasy in the last over of his bowling spell at Khulna’s Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium on Sunday.
Dashing batsman Tamim Iqbal ran towards him and advised to leave the field immediately as the team don’t want to take any risk about the vital wicket taking bowler of Bangladesh.
The captain Mashrafe disclosed the matter in the post-match press conference. He said, ” We don’t want to take any risk about him”.
He also said that ” it’s an old injury for him and that’s why we don’t want to take any risk. So I immediately sent him off from the field for quick treatment.”
However, it’s not a serious injury for Mustafizur and hope he will be able to play in the next match.The captain further added that “it’s a matter of woe for us but it’s nothing serious. Hope he will able to recover it as early as possible.”
