Humayun Ahmed’s wife Meher Afroz Shaon and publishing house Anyaprakash owner Mazharul Islam were sued in Chittagong on Wednesday for ‘premeditated murder’ of the celebrated writer.
Chittagong’s Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Nizamul Haque ordered the Assistant Superintendent of Police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Chittagong zone) to probe it.
