In a notice sent to six operators on Thursday, Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission has asked that the order be carried out within Aug 15.
The notice says mobile-phone users suffer financially when they have to pay for the full minute or pulse even when the call is dropped or network disrupted.
