Barishal Bulls led by Mahmudullah Riyad, they have won the rain delayed match by 6 wickets with the help of D/L method in the last match at Chittagong. They have played 6 matches so far and won 5 matches. Bulls have strongly sealed 2nd position in the points table.
On the other hand, Sylhet Supers Stars led by Mushfiqur Rahim, who lose their last match against Chittagong Vikings by 10 wicket. They have played 6 matches far and won only one matches. Sylhet sealed last position on point table.
Chris Gayle: Caribbean hard hitter batsman Chris Gayle arrived in Dhaka to play for Barishal Bulls. “I am here to hit sixes. I am ready to smash” he told to the reporter at the airport. He scored 114 from 51 balls, which is the maiden century of BPL 2nd edition. In BPL season 2 he played 6 matches and scored 402 runs with average 100.50 and strike rate 196.09 smashed with 38 huge sixes.
Shahid Afridi: Pakistani T20 skipper BOOM BOOM Afridi is playing for Sylhet Super Stars. The Sylhet Super Star all-rounder scored 62 on 41 balls with 5 fours and 4 huge sixes in his last match against Chittagong Vikings.
